The reservation is binding after receipt of the deposit amount on our account within 3 working days after receipt of the reservation confirmation from us.
Cancellation of reservations before arrival:
To avoid misunderstandings, a cancellation of a stay that has already been booked must always be made in writing (by e-mail). The same applies to declarations of rebooking and changes to reservations that have already been made. The receipt of the declaration at the reception is decisive for the time of cancellation. In the event that a stay that has already been reserved is canceled before arrival, Naturcamp Perlenau will charge the following flat-rate cancellation and processing fees:
Cancellation of a reservation before arrival (pitches and rental properties):
– Cancellation up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date: a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. A higher total will be refunded.
– Cancellation up to 10 days before the agreed arrival date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay costs confirmed with the booking will be charged. A higher total will be refunded.
– Cancellation up to 1 day before the agreed arrival date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay costs confirmed with the booking will be charged.
Early departure:
In the event of an early departure, there is no right to a refund of the total cost of the stay that has not been used. Naturcamp Perlenau also reserves the right to rent out pitches or rental properties that have been vacated prematurely. This also applies to non-arrival or late arrival without information via email.
All costs are generally to be paid in advance.
