Then pack up your campervan and join us at Naturcamp Perlenau!
There are no fireworks allowed at our campsite by the Perlenbach stream. Instead of fireworks going off right outside your campervan, you can look forward to beautiful nature, cosy moments by the pellet stove and a relaxed start to the new year.
Whether you’re staying for just one night or a few days, we’d love to welcome you!
Our campsite is idyllically situated in the Perlenbach valley, surrounded by beautiful forests and nature. Fireworks are strictly prohibited throughout the campsite.
However, we can’t promise complete silence on New Year’s Eve. Fireworks are set off in Höfen, a village about 3 km away, and they can still be heard from our campsite. Thanks to our sheltered location in the valley, though, the flashes of light are barely visible.
For dogs that are particularly frightened by fireworks going off nearby, Naturcamp Perlenau can therefore be a lovely alternative to spending New Year’s Eve at home.
Please consider whether these conditions are suitable for your dog. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete peace and quiet.
What could be better than opening your campervan door in the morning, breathing in the fresh Eifel air and heading straight out for a lovely walk with your dog?
Beautiful hiking trails through the Eifel countryside are waiting to be explored right on our doorstep. And if you fancy a little stroll through town, the historic old town of Monschau is just a 20-minute walk away.
After a long walk, make yourself comfortable with a warming mulled wine, a non-alcoholic fruit punch, or some coffee and cake.
And because New Year’s Eve can be peaceful and still feel special, we’ve also put together a little programme for you to enjoy.

And there’s no need to rush off on New Year’s Day – late check-out until 5 pm is included!

Stay a little longer, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, sleep in and ease into the new year at your own pace. Perfect for anyone who wants to turn New Year’s Eve into a relaxing little winter break.
Both offers include: Electricity, showers, rubbish disposal and wastewater disposal.
Additional charges apply for extra guests and dogs.
As ground conditions can vary depending on the winter weather, we allocate pitches individually and only offer a limited number of spaces.

Please note that, for planning reasons, we can only accept confirmed bookings made by 15 December 2026. Arriving without a prior booking is not possible.

A delicious, hearty New Year’s Eve menu awaits you in our cosy little café next to reception, kept warm by a pellet stove.

Your four-legged friends are welcome to join you in the café, provided they get along with other dogs.
Please book your New Year’s Eve dinner together with your camping pitch and let us know which stew you’d prefer.
Start the new year with your four-legged friend on a lovely walk through the beautiful Eifel countryside!
On 1 January 2027, dog trainer Christian will take you on a guided walk around the Perlenbach reservoir. Starting right at Naturcamp Perlenau, the route takes you through forests and across meadows surrounding the reservoir.
All dogs will remain on leads, and we’ll make sure there’s plenty of space between each person-and-dog team. This means that even dogs who aren’t particularly keen on close contact with other dogs can join in comfortably.
After the walk, we’ll head back to Naturcamp Perlenau to warm up with coffee and cake in our cosy café, heated by a pellet stove. It’s also a great opportunity to chat with other dog owners and ask Christian any questions you might have about your dog.
Your four-legged friends are also welcome to join us in the café afterwards, provided they get along with other dogs.
